The Blue Point oyster is a staple of New England and has been for a couple hundred years. This oyster is harvested from the Long Island Sound where the water is shallow, the current is strong, and the floor is
sandy, making a perfect environment for a great product. Once harvested, the oysters are sorted,
cleaned and packed by 50 or 100 count, placed in our “Blue Point” boxes and iced for an unparalleled freshness.
